I added Google maps directly to my iGoogle homepage recently. It seems to be centered directly over Cher’s house. Odd.

I am moving to Halifax over the next couple days. I anticipate coming home quite a bit.

My 2.0 presence just got larger with the addition of Flickr. I don’t really like facebook photos; the whole upload process and such. plus resolutions get hacked so if you try to copy them, they suck. Anything worthwhile will definitely go up on Flickr under ianmacDV (DudeVice)

Although I did miss The Face’s stag party, I did excellent in my race. 7th overall with a 51:15 over 12.875km (8 mile). That’s 3.58/km kids.
Race
I am leaving for a race in Louisburg this evening. From what I hear it’s a great course; a forgiving 8 miler with great scenery. Here’s to hoping for a top 10 finish.

I thought that I might not get sucked in by the Olympics this year due to all the hoopla surrounding them, but I found myself up at 2:30 am watching gymnastics.

Cyan fever
I hate getting down about life. It makes me feel really useless and old/busted. Sometimes getting down is a good spark for moving up, but it gets harder each time.
I think this whole summer has been pretty conducive to this feeling. The lack of work and other factors has shaped up a situation for the fall that is not quite what I had hoped.
