I just got the nike+ iPod kit to help track my running. Seems okay so far, and by okay I mean six tries to calibrate the f*cking thing. Anyway, the website is useful for planning out routes and such for running and biking as well with Google maps integration. No idea if the kit works with a bike; I would be surprised if it did.
Lahm Chops and other tasty dishes
Philipp Lahm scored a goal-scorer’s goal to eliminate Turkey in the Euro semi-finals. All and all a great, high energy game with another above expectations performance from the Turks who were playing down nine men. Germany meets the winner of Spain/Russia in the final. Looking forward to the David Villa/Andrei Arshavin matchup in that game.

It looks like the Leafs are taking this rebuilding thing pretty seriously, buying out Tucker and putting Wellwood and Raycroft on waivers. Who knows how the Sundin issue will play out, but it’s a shame they couldn’t trade any of those players, even just for picks. This time next week we may well see a very different hockey team.
