My computer died. it had a computer brain anurysm. i write this from a PC. i feel dirty
A few things
• The only word that describes this weekend just past is FUCT. that stands for Fun Understanding Caring Teaching or just general f’ed-upness • I drank an exorbitant amount of alcoholic beverages over the last three days, and an 18 hour span yesterday. Of the waking hours from Thursday night, 42 hours, to this morning, I was drunk/drinking for 31. My liver says ouch and also I hate you. •...
my friend Quintus* puked all up in everywhere, everywhere being my entire apartment. i hate throwing up, other people throwing up, and throw up its self in that order, on a scale of one to dislike. century will be interesting in 4.5 hours fuck me * obviously a rediculous fake name for rediculous goings on
Who are you, one Camino user that visited here. You are a lone wolf. A standalone video segment separate from the rest of the TV series. The guy that farted and everyone moves away from.
The chemistry pub-crawl was a big disappointment. Also, I can’t play beer pong with my glasses on, which is weird. Muscle memory is dependent on not being able to see I guess
Chemists
Ian 1: just found a molecule in the textbook called 'CUMulene' hmmm
*hours later*
Ian 2: i'd like to synthesize some of that with
Ian 1: it took you all afternoon to come up with that didn't it
Ian 2: yeahh....
Ian 1 is also known as Ian Dugas, I suppose I am the other one.
You know you're too into chemistry when...

Comments and colour changes. Finally colours ganked from secret enemy hideout
How long/well do you have to know a person before you follow their blog? You don’t want to be that creepy guy that they have no idea who you are. That’s for sure. But if you read it everyday anyway, doesn’t that mean you might know them pretty well? This perplexes me.
Early Onset Alzheimer's affects us all
Pat: Do you think Randy Bachman was more succesful than Burton Cummings because of BTO and stuff (as These Eyes is playing in the background)
Ian: Ah, not sure man, I'd say probably, that was also a pretty popular band.
Pat: Yeah I guess so eh. What was the name of the lead singer?
Ian: Seriously?!?? For BTO?
Pat: No, the Guess Who
Ian: ....Burton Cummings......
Pat: Oh yeah........
Back in Beirut - VBS. Good series. I think it made me change my opinion of Hezbollah somewhat. We keep hearing about how bad they are, attacking Israel and what not, but it seems like they’re the only ones doing anything to help the situation. Multi-part series, it’s all discombobulated though which is kind of annoying. Picking cluster-bombs and talking to the boy scout leader are my...

Comments
require custom HTML, which is not my forte, and as such resets all colours to default. So I may get comments up soon and as a side bonus change up the colours a bit. or I’ll just keep talking about adding comments and putting it off for later we shall see

Three songs and accompanying videos
1) I Am John - Lonely, Dear. Single of the week on iTunes last March, le video is a bit odd, still a catchy little tune. 2) Such Great Heights - The Postal Service. Great song. The video makes me think of the ad apple used when they switched to intel chips. 3) Neighbourhood #3 - Arcade Fire. My tied-for-most favourite song off of their first album. I’m also a sucker for good animated...

Safari
I had always been a Safari user, but switched to Firefox earlier this year. It started because Safari couldn’t/wouldn’t handle all my illegal movie streaming needs and grew from there. I think I’m going to try and switch back. RSS feeds in Firefox suck and the GUI isn’t as nice, even when I tried to make it look more Apple-esque. One thing that is great about Firefox is...
Toxic Alberta
Just finished watching the Toxic: Alberta episode on VBS. a) I’m definitely addicted to that website and b) wow. Some of the programs on there you really have no idea about, never heard of the ideas or issues before. I mean hey, most of the programs focus somewhere else on someone else. This is here. It’s not like I’ve never heard some of the points raised before, but to see all...
Luke posted a few videos from VBS not too long ago, some amazing stuff. This series is definitely an eye opener. I 105% recommend viewing. First few are kind of tame, but it gets intense fast.

Drinking
on St.Patricks Day ruined my week. Fact.
It’s been a long last few days. Trimac last weekend was a great time. It was very different being behind the bench for a change. I was honestly more nervous than I ever was when I was playing. I guess with experience that goes away. Even though we didn’t win, I think we played pretty well. To rebound from a 7-2 loss is hard to do, but to bring it to the wire against MacPherson in a...
